Using BeerTune

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age in your country) to use the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the beers, notes, and feedback you put into BeerTune. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, display, and deliver that content as part of the service.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse the feedback forms to spam, harass, or collect data from people without their knowledge.
• Do not try to break the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or scrape it at scale.
• Do not upload illegal content or anything you do not have the right to share.

Paid plans

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page and keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BeerTune is not responsible for decisions you make based on feedback collected through the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect.
